If you request to have your personal data transferred directly to another controller, this will only be done to the extent that is technically feasible.

SSL or TLS encryption

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the beginning of the URL in your browser switches from “http://” to “https://” and also by the appearance of the lock icon in the address bar.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Encrypted payment transactions on this website

When placing an order with us that requires payment for a product or service, you are obliged to provide us with your payment details (e.g. account number for direct debit authorisation), as this data will be required to process your payment.

Payment transactions using standard payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, direct debit) are processed solely via an encrypted SSL or TLS connection. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the beginning of the URL in your browser switches from “http://” to “https://” and also by the appearance of the lock icon in the address bar.

The encrypted communication ensures that any payment details you submit to us cannot be read by a third party.

Access, erasure and rectification

To the extent permitted by law, you have the right at any time to demand access to information stored on your person, as well as to information about the source and recipients and the purpose for which your data is being processed. • If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored by us. We usually need some time to verify this claim. For the duration of the review, you have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted.
  • If the processing of your personal data was/is carried out unlawfully, you can request that the data processing be restricted instead of erased.
  • If we no longer need your personal data, but you require it to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to demand that we restrict the processing of your personal data instead of erasing it
  • If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR, a balance must be struck between your interests and ours. As long as it has not been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data – with the exception of storage – may only be processed with your consent or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims, or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a member state.

We hereby expressly prohibit the use of the contact details published in our imprint for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information material.
