Shipping methods
Our products are shipped via DHL or GLS. If you choose a product that is too large for normal shipping, it will be sent to you via a freight forwarder. We work with several freight forwarders to delivery such orders. The shipping company will make a separate appointment with you to deliver your goods to delivery address. We therefore kindly ask you to make sure that the contact details you provide, such as email address and telephone number, are correct.
- DHL and GLS shipping time: approx. 2-4 working days
- Freight forwarding shipping time: approx. 14 working days
Shipping costs
Our standard shipping is generally free of charge. If we send your goods to you via a freight forwarder, we will charge a one-off fee of €39. It’s that simple!
